Women Directors and More On Sundance
I went in search of former Sundance Blogs and found this interesting article about how women directors are often ignored, even when they are well received at film festivals like Sundance or Cannes. I just don't understand why so many people think that sexism doesn't exist and that feminism is a dirty word.
I did actually find one other Sundance Blog. This one was by Rebecca Hodges of the Salt Lake Tribune. Hers is mostly about the films she saw and a little about the culture of Sundance. The only other one I found was this one from a guy who intended to blog every day but didn't have a single one. I guess he spent too much time on his snowboard. Or maybe his flight was cancelled. Again.
